Became Enlightened
Life’s Mystery dimmed. 

In the Long Before
There were arguments
Over the precise Liturgy
 With which to pierce
The Transcendent Realm
But none to its Existence.

This Great schism
Between Science and the Soul
Developed over five Centuries
And formed an Abyssal Rift
Into which, we are told
A.I. is now to be implanted…

One hope remains
Now all but forgot
Not demigods
But minions are we
Our Special Power:
Humility.
